Library Instruction is available for any course and is held in the Library Computer Lab. To provide adequate time to prepare, appointments should be made at least two weeks prior to the scheduled library class. When you have completed the form, you may submit it directly to the library by clicking on the SUBMIT button at the conclusion of the form. [Fields marked * are required].
